SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At The Urban Veil, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We have partnered with Delhivery, a leading logistics and supply chain services provider in India, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of your orders.

DELIVERY ZONES

We currently deliver to all locations across India.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
  • Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (for courier shipments)
  • Sunday: Closed for all deliveries
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays

SHIPPING OPTIONS

1. Standard Courier Delivery (Delhivery)

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday only

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Hyderabad: 2-3 working days from dispatch
  • Other parts of India: 5-7 working days from dispatch

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated based on order weight and delivery location
  • Displayed during checkout process
2. Next Day Delivery (Uber/Rapido)

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday

Eligibility:

  • Available for Hyderabad only
  • Orders accepted until 8:00 PM
  • Orders received after 8:00 PM will be processed the next working day and dispatched the day after

Delivery Time:

  • Same day or next day (based on order timing)

Costs:

  • Uber/Rapido charges are paid by the customer
  • Rates vary based on distance and service provider

URGENT/EXPRESS ORDERS

Express Courier
  • Available at additional cost
  • Contact our support team at theurbanveilhyd@gmail.com for pricing and availability
  • Must be requested before placing the order
Urgent Uber/Rapido Delivery
  • Convenience fee of ₹50 (may vary based on request type)
  • Must be mentioned before placing the order to confirm feasibility
  • Urgent requests after order placement will not be entertained

Important: Always confirm urgent delivery availability with our team before completing your order to avoid disappointment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  • Tracking details are also sent via WhatsApp
  • Track your order on the Delhivery website using the tracking number
  • For Uber/Rapido deliveries, real-time tracking links will be shared

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

In the rare event of a delayed or lost shipment:

  • Contact our customer support team at theurbanveilhyd@gmail.com
  • We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical limitations
  • Please refer to individual product pages for any specific shipping restrictions

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to India only.

COMMUNICATION

All shipping and delivery updates are sent via:

Please ensure your contact details are accurate during checkout.

✓ Confirm urgent orders before placing them
